 | | Cory English | Cory English will replace Tony nominee Christopher Fitzgerald in the role of Igor in the Broadway production of Young Frankenstein, currently performing at the Hilton Theater, beginning November 25.
Young Frankenstein features music by Mel Brooks, book by Brooks and Thomas Meehan based on Brooks' 1974 film, and direction and choreography by Susan Stroman. English will join current cast members Roger Bart, Shuler Hensley, Beth Leavel, Fred Applegate, Michele Ragusa, and Kelly Sullivan.
English's previous Broadway credits include A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Hello Dolly!, and Damn Yankees. His West End credits include Chicago, Guys and Dolls, and The Producers.
