Evan Goldman has it all - he's popular, has the 'perfect' family and lives in the greatest city in the world - New York. That is until his parents get divorced and he's forced to move - to a small town in Indiana. Uprooted from his old life, he has to make new friends and somehow maneuver the minefield of High School to become part of the 'in-crowd'.
With wit and searing honesty, 13 is a hilarious, high-energy musical for all ages. It's about the lessons one learns throughout life and the discovery that the journey to who you want to be starts with discovering who you are. Featuring an explosive rock score by celebrated composer Jason Robert Brown (Parade, The Last Five Years) and performed by an astonishing cast of young actors, 13 is a grown-up story about growing up.

13 is a very great musical. I would see it a million times. It ranks #3 on my Broadway scale. #1 is Rent and #2 is In the Heights. All of the cast is great and the songs are super. See 13!!
My kids 11 & 9, had a great time, but it held our adult attentions too - a very talented group of performers, terrific show!

Review: Finally there is something for everybody in Broadway.bychromiony
Brilliant, funny, so full of energy a musical that you can bring your teenagers to watch with you. Everbody of the family will enjoy it and your young, well Teenagers, will thank you for that. They will fall in love with the cast of young performers that can outshine with their voice a lot of veterans performers out there. The music and lyrics will make you laugh from beginning till the end, will make you remember what it was or what it is to be 13. BRAVO!! RUN TO SEE IT FRESH
What happens when you combine a music score by James Robert Brown and 13 talented teenagers, a masterpiece. 13 the musical is the new hit show on Broadway. The show is easy for all audiences to relate to. The show will have you leaving the theater singing.
