Beazer, Bouchard, Cashman, et al. Will Join Jenifer Lewis in 5th Avenue's Hello, Dolly!

Additional casting has been announced for the 5th Avenue Theatre's production of the Jerry Herman-Michael Stewart musical Hello, Dolly!, March 7-29, which will star Jenifer Lewis as Dolly Levi. The production will be directed by David Armstrong.

The show will also star Pat Cashman (Horace Vandergelder), Suzanne Bouchard (Irene), Julie Briskman (Ernestina), Mo Brady (Barnaby), Matt Owen (Ambrose), Tracee Beazer (Minnie Fay), and Krystle Armstrong (Ermengarde).

The ensemble will feature Greg McCormick Allen, David Alewine, Daniel Cruz, Bojohn Diciple, Michael Ericson, James Scheider, Eric Brotherson, Troy Wageman, Jadd Davis, Neil Badders, Ty Willis, Erricka Turner-Davis, Chelsi Schill, Brittany Jamieson, Maya RS Perkins, Kasey Nusbickel, Cheryl Massey Peters, Karen Skrinde, and Corinna Lapid Munter.

Lewis' many stage credits include Hairspray, Mother Courage, Eubie, Comin' Uptown, and The Diva is Dismissed. Her film credits include What's Love Got to Do With It?, The Preacher's Wife, Antwone Fisher, and Meet the Browns. She starred on the long-running television series Strong Medicine and has appeared on Friends, Murphy Brown, and The Cosby Show.

The theater's next attraction will be the Joe DiPietro-David Bryan musical Memphis, January 27-February 15, starring Chad Kimball and Montego Glover.
